Great place
Excellent service! My Segway bike had an error code and would not go. I called and he said bring it in anytime. This shop fixed it within minutes and I was out of there. They were even able to upgrade the bike. This shop is the only go to for Segway service and sales. I called other shops and no other shop was knowledgeable about Segway. I hardly leave reviews but this visit deserved one. They have my business for life.
I’ve purchased two e-bikes from E-Motion Sports and in the time we’ve needed any service or help, John and Ryan have been really helpful and always fast to make sure they’re returned quickly. Then last week my child was hanging out at a friend’s house and they called the shop and John tried to help them with a battery they couldn’t get the power back on, but when they couldn’t fix it over the phone John drives to them to help them after he closes. This guy is always looking out for the kids and as a parent thank you.
